What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is an extremely efficient and effective way to get into great shape.

Our workouts consisit of constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity in a group setting.  We focus on simple, everyday movements (like pushups and pullups, deadlifts and squats, and running) and make your body more effecient and effective at living life.  We also focus on gymnastics, kettlebells, rowing and olympic lifting to confuse your muscles and make you a lean healthy individual.

CrossFit is for anyone, regardless of their age or fitness level.  Our members consist of a variety of individuals from high school athletes to grandparents and athletic professions to stationary professionals.

What is CrossFit Determination

This community is engaged in supporting everyone whether it be encouraging someone through that last repitition or helping a member with a bicycle repair.  We encourage our members to get to know each other.  We want to know each other's names, root and encourage each other during workouts and develop friendships that will continue outside of the gym.
